Shawnee Smith (born July 3 1970, 5 feet tall"3" is an American actor and actress in television and film and musician. Smith is best known for her role as Amanda Young from the Saw films and as Linda for her role in the CBS comedy Becker. Smith was the frontwoman of FydollaHo, an metalband with which she toured across both in the United States of America and Great Britain. Smith and Missi Pyle are half of Smith & Pyle a group of Desert Country-Rock. Shawnee Smith born in Orangeburg South Carolina was the daughter of Jim Smith and to Patricia Smith, who was an oncology nurse. Jim Smith also served with US Air Force and was an advisor to financial institutions. As a child, she emigrated with her family from South Carolina (now Van Nuys) to California. When she was two, her parents divorced. At eight, her mother married again. She went to Ranchito Avenue Elemntary School in Panorama City Los Angeles. Madison Jr. High was located in North Hollywood. North Hollywood High School is situated at North Hollywood California. In 1987, she graduated. She was also awarded the Primetime Emmy Award in 2019 for Outstanding Original Music & Lyrics with songwriting partners Jack Dolgen & the late Adam Schlesinger. The live performance of Rachel Death Let Me Do My Special is currently on tour in spring and summer 2023. In 2019, Rachel sold out Radio City Music Hall in her show Crazy Ex-Girlfriend: Live as part of a tour with multiple shows. The singer also performed on her solo tour, What's Going On in My Life? Included in the residency was an entire week of shows in the venue Just For Laughs.
